1. Introduction and Acceptance

• ▶You do not hold more than one active account on 7jj. Maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts held by you.
• ▶You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. You are not gambling as a means of addressing financial difficulties.
• ▶You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your location before registering.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with 7jj you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false information at any point during registration or subsequently is a material breach of these Terms. 7jj may request additional verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7jj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer and USDT. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or the USDT equivalent unless otherwise specified. 7jj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently of 7jj.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7jj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by 7jj:

• ▶Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to rollover before withdrawal is permitted.
• ▶Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• ▶7jj reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it suspects abuse, technical errors, or breach of these Terms.
• ▶Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage strategies, multiple account creation, or coordinated wagering activity will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for potential permanent suspension.
• ▶Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant offer.

7jj does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific bonus or promotional offer. Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the operator. The absence of a previously advertised promotion does not entitle any player to compensation.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7jj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• ▶Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, including losses attributable to the inherent house edge in certified games.
• ▶Service interruptions, technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 7jj's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• ▶Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials or registered payment accounts.
• ▶Losses or delays caused by the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking partners, or mobile money providers including bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

10. Termination and Suspension

7jj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that a player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any funds in the account may be forfeited.

A player may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within one business day. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all active bonus wagering requirements have been resolved. 7jj will retain transaction records and KYC documentation for the period required under applicable law following account closure.

11. Amendments to These Terms

7jj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7jj will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where possible and practical, 7jj will provide registered players with advance notice of material amendments via the contact details associated with their account. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform should in the first instance be referred to 7jj's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within five business days. 7jj is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
